Ingredients:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. milk (coconut milk or water)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. rice flour
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. dark chocolate chips (or a 12 oz package)
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 350°.
- In a medium bowl cream butter and sugar.
- Add in eggs, vanilla, vinegar and milk.
- In a separate bowl add flour, sea salt and baking soda. Mix well.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Add your chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes.
