Ingredients:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/3 c. mashed over ripe bananas
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350°, lightly grease 9″x5″ pan.
- In large bowl combine, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In separate bowl cream butter and sugar.
- Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well combined.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moist.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
