No-Bake-Cookies
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (or tahini)
- 3 c. oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk (or coconut milk)
- 2 c. sugar (brown or white)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl add oats and peanut butter. Set aside
- In a sauce pan add other ingredients and stir, bring to boil for 1 minute.
- Turn off heat and pour on to oats and peanut butter.
- Stir and spoon onto a cookie sheet or plates.
- Let cool completely.
