Chocolate Chip Rice Flour Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. milk (coconut milk or water)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. dark chocolate chips (or a 12 oz package)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven at 350°.
  2. In a medium bowl cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add in eggs, vanilla, vinegar and milk.
  4. In a separate bowl add flour, sea salt and baking soda. Mix well.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  6. Add your chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoon on greased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes.
