Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/3 c. mashed over ripe bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350°, lightly grease 9″x5″ pan.
  2. In large bowl combine, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In separate bowl cream butter and sugar.
  4. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well combined.
  5. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moist.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
