Ingredients:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. rice flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions:
- In a medium bowl cream together the butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, and eggs.
- In small bowl mix dry ingredients. Mix into wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Add in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Place balls onto buttered cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350° for about 8-10 min.
