Coconut Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (or 1/4 tsp baking soda)
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 c milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1/4 c cooking oil (or 1/4 coconut oil)

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combine dry ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Add oil and mix well.
  3. Then add milk and stir until combined well.
  4. Make balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

Note: It will be more like drop biscuits.
