Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 c. rice flour
Glaze:
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- In medium bowl cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, mix well.
- Stir in vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Mix in rice flour and sea salt. Mix well.
- Place on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cookies.
- Let cool completely before serving.
