No-Bake-Cookies

  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (or tahini)
  • 3 c. oats
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk (or coconut milk)
  • 2 c. sugar (brown or white)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl add oats and peanut butter. Set aside
  2. In a sauce pan add other ingredients and stir, bring to boil for 1 minute.
  3. Turn off heat and pour on to oats and peanut butter.
  4. Stir and spoon onto a cookie sheet or plates.
  5. Let cool completely.
